"I
was in a great deal of pain prior to my total hip replacement surgery.
Marilyn's kind, caring, and professional manner helped me with pain management,
stress relief, relaxation techniques, sleep issues, and overall anxiety
over surgery. I experienced better sleep, less stress, ease of pain in
my back and hip and relaxation. I would recommend Marilyn for hypnotherapy."

"I
went to see Marilyn three months ago for help with quitting smoking.
I had tried many times in the past to quit and have made it as long as
a year, but no matter how long I stayed away the cravings never left and
the thought and smell was always pleasant. I was an on and off heavy
smoker for close to 15 years, at times smoking up to two packs a day.
My last few attempts at quitting lasted maybe a couple of weeks at a time,
but I would soon be back puffing away at the first signs of stress or while
socializing. It seemed the more years I smoked the weaker my willpower
became.
I had never thought
of hypnotherapy as a solution to my nicotine addiction, but at the same
time did not want to become reliant on the patch or nicotine gum. Marilyn
was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give this method a try.
After one session with
Marilyn something changed in the way I felt and thought about smoking.
The thought of a cigarette or the smell was no longer appealing, the craving
that was ever present in my earlier attempts at quitting are non-existent.
It has been three months since that session and I remain free. It wasn’t
just a release from the cravings, but a shift in the way I thought and
felt about smoking."
